Fench Energy is a customer-facing brand providing LiFePO4 battery cells, battery packs, home energy storage systems, DIY battery kits and related energy storage products.

The seller and contracting entity for orders, and the entity responsible for receiving payments and issuing invoices, is:

The Dongguan address is our manufacturing and business contact address; it is not the registered address of the Hong Kong seller. Our Poland warehouse is used for stock storage and order fulfilment. Please contact us before arranging collection or returns.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and technical information are accurate.

Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility, voltage, capacity, inverter compatibility and installation requirements before purchase.

Orders and Payment

When placing an order, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• You have reviewed the product specifications and purchase conditions.

An order is confirmed after payment verification. We may contact you if there are payment, inventory, pricing or fraud-related issues.

Prices and Availability

Product prices and availability may change without prior notice. If an obvious pricing or inventory error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch and provide the available options.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

In-stock products marked “EU Stock” are shipped from our Poland EU warehouse and are usually delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination postcode, product weight and volume, and selected delivery service. Please contact our team for an exact shipping quote before payment.

DDP shipping is available where applicable for eligible EU orders shipped from our Poland warehouse. Customers generally do not need to arrange customs clearance for eligible EU orders.

Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Returns, refunds, replacements and warranty claims are handled according to our published policies:

Customers must obtain approval before returning any product. Products should remain unused and in their original packaging unless the return relates to a confirmed product defect.

DIY Battery Assembly

DIY battery assembly requires appropriate knowledge, tools and safety procedures. Customers are responsible for ensuring that cells are correctly matched, balanced and connected.

Fench Energy is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect assembly, improper wiring, unauthorized modification, misuse or failure to follow product instructions.

Battery Safety

Lithium batteries may present risks including electric shock, electrical arc, fire, incorrect charging and chemical exposure.

Customers must install, operate, charge and store battery products according to the product manual and applicable safety requirements.

Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics and other materials, belongs to Fench Energy or its authorized partners.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fench Energy is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect usage, unauthorized modifications, misuse or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
