Hibaelhárítás és Támogatás

Lépjen kapcsolatba velünk problémájával. 24 órán belül válaszolunk, hogy segítsünk a diagnosztikában, hibaelhárításban és az optimális akkumulátor használat irányításában.

Tesztelés és Ellenőrzés

Az igény hatékony feldolgozása érdekében kérhetjük, hogy végezzen el néhány egyszerű tesztet az akkumulátor állapotának ellenőrzésére.

Visszaküldés és Csere

Ha a tesztek gyártási vagy minőségi hibát igazolnak, előre fizetett visszaküldési címkét biztosítunk a hibás egység EU raktárunkba történő visszaküldéséhez. Megerősítés után azonnal küldünk egy vadonatúj cserét vagy visszatérítést.

2 Általános Feltételek és Kizárások

Nem Átruházható: A garancia kizárólag az eredeti vásárlóra vonatkozik. Ajándékba adott vagy továbbértékesített termékek esetén az igényeket az eredeti vásárlón keresztül, vásárlást igazoló dokumentummal kell érvényesíteni.
Garancia Folytatása: A javított vagy cserélt akkumulátorokra nem jár új vagy meghosszabbított garanciaidő. A fedezet az eredeti garancia fennmaradó időtartamára folytatódik.

⚠ Mi NEM Tartozik a Garanciába

Improper handling, dropping, or intentional damage.
Unauthorized product modifications or disassemblies.
Failure to install, operate, or maintain the product correctly according to the instruction manual.
Failures or severe quality degradation resulting from misuse, negligence, or accidents.

✅ All warranty claims require proof of purchase. Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only.

3 Return & Refund Policy

If the product is confirmed to have an issue, we accept returns of unused products within 5 days of receipt, subject to the terms below.

📅 5-Day Window — Returns must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date.
✅ Condition: Items must be delivered to us completely unused, unaltered, and in their original condition.
📦 Packaging: Products must be returned in their original Fench Energy packaging boxes.
🚫 Channel Restriction: Fench Energy will not issue refunds for products purchased through third-party entities, distributors, or retail partners.

💰 Fees & Costs

Shipping Costs: Fench Energy will bear the return shipping costs where a return is required due to a confirmed product defect, damage sustained during delivery, or an incorrect item supplied by us. For eligible returns arising from customer circumstances, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us before returning any item. All returns remain subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Handling Fees: Any refund transaction or handling fees are borne by the buyer.

🔄 Return Process

Get Authorization: Before shipping any items, please contact us to obtain an official Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Safe Shipping: We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return transit. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.
Inspection: All returned goods will be thoroughly inspected upon arrival. If an item is returned in an unsuitable or used condition, we reserve the right to reject the refund. The item may be sent back to you at your expense.

⏱ Refund Processing Time

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), please allow 1 to 2 weeks for the return to be processed. If your refund is approved, the applicable funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 15 to 30 business days.

⚠ Important: Unauthorized returns may be refused. All fees and deductions follow the policy stated above.
