• Nicht übertragbar: Die Garantie gilt nur für den ursprünglichen Käufer. Verschenkte oder weiterverkaufte Produkte erfordern Ansprüche über den ursprünglichen Käufer mit Kaufnachweis.
• Garantiefortsetzung: Reparierte oder ersetzte Batterien erhalten keine neue oder verlängerte Garantiezeit. Der Schutz gilt für die verbleibende Dauer der ursprünglichen Garantie.

💰 Fees & Costs

• Shipping Costs: Fench Energy will bear the return shipping costs where a return is required due to a confirmed product defect, damage sustained during delivery, or an incorrect item supplied by us. For eligible returns arising from customer circumstances, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us before returning any item. All returns remain subject to our Rückgabe- & Erstattungsrichtlinie.
• Handling Fees: Any refund transaction or handling fees are borne by the buyer.

🔄 Return Process

1. Get Authorization: Before shipping any items, please contact us to obtain an official Return Merchandise Authorization number.
2. Safe Shipping: We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return transit. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.
3. Inspection: All returned goods will be thoroughly inspected upon arrival. If an item is returned in an unsuitable or used condition, we reserve the right to reject the refund. The item may be sent back to you at your expense.

⏱ Refund Processing Time

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), please allow 1 to 2 weeks for the return to be processed. If your refund is approved, the applicable funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 15 to 30 business days.
