A complete 48V battery box kit — everything except the cells
This DIY battery box kit with 200A BMS is the A3 horizontal enclosure with the JK V19 BMS already mounted inside, the LCD on the front panel and the air switch wired up. You add 16 prismatic LiFePO₄ cells (280Ah to 320Ah), and you have a 51.2V storage pack rated for 200A continuous — roughly 10kW.
What you get
A3 horizontal steel enclosure with side handles and P+/P- terminals · JK V19 200A BMS, installed on its mounting plate · front-panel air switch · LCD display and communication ports (RS485-1, RS485-2, RS232, dry contact) · flexible busbars, terminal pair sets and 16S voltage sense harnesses · temperature sensor, insulation sheets, cell spacers and full screw set · illustrated step-by-step assembly manual.
What you still need
16 prismatic LiFePO₄ cells, 280-320Ah — about 14.3kWh at 280Ah and 16.4kWh at 320Ah.
Tested with the inverters you actually use
Deye (LV hybrid CAN V1.0), Growatt (BMS CAN-Bus LV V1.08), Victron via Cerbo GX, GoodWe, SRNE, MUST, Luxpowertek, MEGAREVO and Invent are confirmed working; Pylontech CAN V1.2 and RS485 V3.5 are supported, and Sofar, Solis, Easun and Anenji are available once the protocol is confirmed.
