32kWh Home Battery Storage in One Vertical Cabinet

The Fench Energy 32kWh LiFePO₄ battery combines a nominal voltage of 51.2V with a capacity of 628Ah, providing approximately 32.15kWh of nominal energy in one floor-standing cabinet. This is the vertical 300A version described in the A0 product manual below. It is designed for use as part of a home energy storage system with a compatible battery inverter.

Store Solar Energy and Plan Your Electricity Use

With a suitable inverter and system configuration, the battery can store surplus solar generation for evening use, support off-grid applications, or charge during lower-cost electricity periods. Backup operation requires an inverter and electrical installation designed to supply backup circuits; the battery alone does not provide household AC power.

Understand Capacity, Power and Runtime

The manual recommends a 15–95% state-of-charge range. Applying that 80% window to nominal energy gives approximately 25.7kWh before inverter losses and other system consumption. As an illustration, dividing this energy by a steady 1kW load gives about 25.7 hours before losses. Actual runtime will be lower and depends on load changes, temperature, battery condition, inverter efficiency and reserve settings.

The specified maximum charge current and maximum continuous discharge current are both 300A. These are battery-side limits, not a promise of AC output. Your installer must match the inverter, cabling, protection and operating settings to the battery and the intended loads.

Monitor the Battery and Confirm Inverter Compatibility

A 4.3-inch touch LCD provides access to battery status and monitoring information. The manual also describes monitoring through the JK app. CAN and RS485 interfaces support communication with compatible equipment, but matching voltage or inverter brand alone does not establish compatibility. Send us the exact inverter model and firmware details before ordering so the communication protocol and connection requirements can be checked.

Plan an Indoor Installation

The cabinet measures 442 × 510 × 903mm (L × W × H) and weighs approximately 232kg. Its castors help with positioning, but delivery access, suitable handling equipment and floor load capacity still need to be assessed. The IP21 enclosure is intended for a dry indoor location. The specified charging range is 0–45°C; the discharging range is −20–60°C.

Use a qualified installer and follow the model-specific manual. Do not connect the battery directly to solar panels or AC power, and do not connect these batteries in series. Any parallel installation must be checked for compatible battery versions and correctly designed protection and wiring.
