years. If for some improbable circumstance and the battery is defective, Fench Energy will
replace the battery.
Fench Energy does not warrant batteries that have been poorly maintained, charged
incorrectly, reversed polarity, improperly installed, stored and used in excessive heat,
physical damage, fire, freeze, water damage, tampered, damage to terminals, failing to
keep the correct charge to thebattery or use that exceeds rated charge/discharge cycles.
Fench Energy has a team of technicians to provide technical support when needed.
Proof of purchasewill be requested.
Customer is responsible for shipping fees to Fench Energy, if Fench Energy deems
theproduct defective,we will cover the replacement shipping fees.

FOR BEGINNERS
NOTICE BEFORE USE
Carefully read through this operation guide and the product manual before use.
Due to shipping-related regulations, this battery carries about 30%-50% capacity when shipped
After unpacking the box, wear insulating gloves for battery installation and wiring.
Please fully charge the battery before starting to use it.
OPERATING PRECAUTIONS
Avoid direct contact between the terminals of positive and negative wire connected to the
battery, which may cause the battery to short circuit and become unusable.
Make sure that the battery is properly wired to the load. Do not reverse the positive and negative
connections.
lt is recommended to wrap the wire terminals with insulating tape during the wiring process.
Do not connect batteries from different brands or with different specifications in series or
parallel.
Before connecting the load, please make sure the power supported by the battery can meet the
load power demand.
This battery could be mounted at any direction except upside down.
When the battery is intended to be stored for a prolonged period of time, the SOC of cells should
be adjusted to around 50% periodically(every three months is recommended).
Do not disassemble the battery.
Do not immerse the battery into water.
Do not drop the battery into fire
